Position Overview

The CT Technologist performs high-quality computed tomography examinations while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and exceptional patient care. This role also supports equipment proficiency, team collaboration, training, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Perform CT imaging procedures according to established protocols and safety standards. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning throughout examinations. Operate CT equipment safely and effectively while maintaining technical proficiency. Produce high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation. Follow radiation safety practices and applicable regulatory requirements.

Monitor equipment performance and communicate maintenance or quality concerns. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the imaging process. Participate in training, education, quality improvement, and departmental initiatives.

Maintain knowledge of current CT technology, protocols, and imaging best practices.
