International Accounting Specialist

International Accounting is GOSP Unit coordinating account payables and account receivables in the 8 branches of the GOSP Company, leading process automation projects and working in full alignment with Financial Closing, DQ & RR Unit and with the Department Head.

As an International Accounting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the account payables of the new branch of Joint Venture launched by GOSP: GCT, Generali Core Tech.

In parallel, you will take the lead of account receivables centralized operations of whole GOSP, while supporting the development of international accounting best practices and guidelines. Finally, you will work in close contact with the Unit Head on robotization and SAP migration projects with high visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local procurement and back-office services for GCT
• Manage account payables operations, ensuring compliance with GOSP policies and IFRS
• Asset accounting
• Correct maintenance and update of mandatory tax registers (VAT registers, Asset registers)
• Maintain local accounting tools in line with the evolving local regulatory scenario
• Support treasury activities, including payment requests and cash collection management
• Progressively take control of the account receivables operations of the whole company
• Support the Unit Head in RPA and AI implementation projects
• Support the Unit Head in complex SAP migration program as PMO
