• State College, PA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, What We’re Looking For Friendly, professional, and comfortable starting conversations with customers. Strong communication and listening skills. Customer-service mindset with a low-pressure, helpful approach. Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, text messaging, spreadsheets, and dealership software. Organized, reliable, and able to follow up consistently. Able to work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Sales Consultants, and dealership management. Automotive, customer service, BDC, hospitality, or retail experience is helpful, but not required. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Full-time, 40-hour work week (No late nights or weekends required).

Tiered monthly commission structure based on completed service-initiated vehicle sales or purchases Qualifications:
