Cost Analyst

Are you passionate about financial analysis, cost optimization, and transforming data into strategic business insights? We are looking for a Cost Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting the financial and operational performance of our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret financial information to support business decision-making. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reports. Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitor and analyze cost centers, production variances, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). Assist with month-end financial close activities.

Partner with Operations and Engineering teams on cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives. Support CAPEX analysis, investment tracking, and asset capitalization activities. Monitor business KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal control requirements.

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. ✔ Experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or related areas. ✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and internal controls. ✔ Knowledge of costing methodologies and manufacturing cost analysis.

✔ Experience with SAP (desible) and financial reporting/data analytics tools. ✔ Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. ✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills. ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✔ I ntermediate English is required.
