Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in February 2025 and is a growing team of three with strong plans for expansion. I’m a third-generation State Farm agent, with six family members currently in the organization, bringing a deep-rooted understanding of the business and a passion for building a successful agency. I’m also a proud mom of two boys and a cheerleading coach, and I stay very involved in the community through coaching and local sponsorships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
