Colonial Security Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Security Operations Manager** to oversee daily security operations throughout the Philadelphia area. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional client service, managing security personnel, maintaining compliance, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of multiple security contracts and client sites.

• Schedule personnel and ensure all shifts are properly staffed.

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance audits.

• Respond to client concerns and resolve issues promptly.

• Supervise Field Managers and Security Officers.

• Review incident reports, payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, client post orders, and state regulations.

• Coordinate training, disciplinary actions, and employee performance evaluations.

• Assist with new account startups and operational planning.

• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency coverage.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or multi-site management experience required.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with scheduling and workforce management software (TrackTik experience is a plus).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
