Senior Accounting Manager

The Senior Accounting Manager plays a key role within nex. Air’s Accounting team, supporting a variety of finance and accounting functions. This position requires strong accounting experience, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, accountability, and continuous growth.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, organizational, and teamwork skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Reporting to the Executive Director, FP&A, this role is responsible for aspects of the monthly and annual general ledger close process, balance sheet and income statement analysis and reporting, and regular communication with Operations and Sales leadership across the company’s multi-state footprint.
