Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll grow Multi Clean’s commercial janitorial service business by building relationships and helping new customers find the right cleaning plan. You’ll own your pipeline from first contact through close, with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include

prospecting and setting appointments, conducting onsite walk-throughs, preparing quotes and proposals, negotiating and closing agreements, and keeping accurate notes and activity in a CRM.

Required skills/qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer engagement and building relationships
• High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation!!

Your day starts in Tulsa with a quick plan for the morning: follow-ups, scheduled meetings, and a few new outreach touches. You’re out in the field most of the day—meeting decision-makers, touring facilities, and getting a clear picture of what “clean” needs to look like for each space. Between appointments, you return calls, send timely updates, and keep your schedule moving. You wrap up by organizing notes and next steps so the next morning begins with momentum and clear priorities in the commercial janitorial service market.
