Facility Operations Specialist
Job description
The HQ5 Operations Specialist is a member of the HQ5 operations team and is responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appearance and cleanliness of a high-end office environment. The incumbent will provide consistent and effective level of service to the building occupants and guests. Duties cover a widespread, from event planning/support, cleaning, inspecting, walkthroughs, and more.
The incumbent works collaboratively to ensure exceptional, thoughtful, and secure employee and guest experiences at Cape Cod 5’s headquarters (HQ5).
