Job description
There are two key focus areas: Pre Order and Post Order. Pre Order is centered around sales support on project calls, solution development, custom one-off product design, pricing custom designs, and project setup. The Post Order phase revolves around supporting 3form Project Managers and the internal operations teams to get the orders shipped on time.
The Solutions Engineer is responsible for owning recommendations and custom products from design through installation.
