The Youth Peer Support Specialist uses lived experience with mental health challenges to support youth in their recovery journey. This role builds meaningful relationships, promotes self-advocacy and independent living skills, provides peer support and guidance, and helps youth actively engage in treatment planning while fostering community inclusion, resilience, and overall well-being.
