Legal, Asset Management Private Credit Attorney, Vice President, Dallas/New York

Asset & Wealth Management Legal is seeking an experienced credit attorney to provide transactional legal coverage for Private Credit teams working on asset-based loans secured by a range of physical or financial assets, structured credit transactions involving contractual obligations of investment grade rated corporates and other structured finance transactions, such as financings for energy transition projects.

The attorney will work as part of a term of AWM credit lawyers and will also support fund financing for AWM private-side fund vehicles, including subscription credit facilities, NAV-based facilities, credit ABLs and hybrid facilities. The position offers the opportunity to partner with the business and other control-side areas and oversee legal aspects throughout the transaction life cycle, including the analysis of legal and reputational issues as part of investment committee and portfolio management processes.
