Replenishment Manager

As a key member of the store management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are available for customers whenever they visit. Leading your replenishment team from the front, you'll oversee stock flow, deliveries and replenishment activity, ensuring the store remains well-stocked, organised and ready to trade.

What You'll Be Doing Leading the replenishment operation to ensure excellent product availability across the store. Managing deliveries efficiently, ensuring stock is worked safely and accurately. Driving high standards of stock control, organisation and housekeeping in both the warehouse and on the shop floor. Planning and prioritising workload to ensure the store is fully stocked and ready to trade.

Monitoring availability and taking action to address stock-related issues. Coaching, motivating and developing colleagues to maximise team performance. Supporting wider store operations and collaborating with the management team to achieve business goals. Maintaining compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.

Knowledge of stock control, replenishment and delivery processes. Strong organisational and planning skills. A hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front.

Confidence making decisions and solving problems in a busy environment. A passion for operational excellence and delivering results.
