Brand representative About the Role Valley Wide L.L.C. is looking for a dedicated Brand representative to support our team and deliver exceptional, friendly customer service. In this role, you’ll use strong product knowledge to provide promotional support to customers and help create positive brand experiences. Success means staying reliable, learning quickly, and consistently showing up to support team needs.

You’ll also build your skills in lead generation techniques while being adaptable, proactive, and willing to cross-train across roles to help the team reach shared goals. Duties & Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service while representing the brand in a positive, approachable way. Demonstrate strong product knowledge to answer questions and guide customers effectively.

Support promotional efforts by engaging customers and communicating key brand messages clearly. Learn and apply lead generation techniques to identify potential customer interest. Maintain a reliable, on-time presence and follow team schedules and expectations. Cross-train with team members to support different positions as needed.

Collaborate with the team to share insights, improve customer interactions, and stay aligned. Adapt to changing priorities and support day-to-day team operations with a proactive attitude. Follow company standards for professionalism, accuracy, and customer-focused service. Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment where customers and teammates feel valued.

Requirements

Must be over 18 years of age. Willingness to learn and grow in customer service, product knowledge, and lead generation techniques. Ability to start right away. Reliability and strong follow-through on assigned responsibilities. Comfort working collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills and a friendly, respectful customer-first attitude.

Basic proficiency with common business tools (e.g., email and online scheduling systems). Ability to adapt quickly and support cross-training across team roles. Industry knowledge is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
