Duties include loading, unloading, lifting, moving materials, and other general labor functions as assigned.

Essential Duties

& Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. Other related duties may be assigned. Perform general manual labor, including: Lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Loading and unloading trucks or other vehicles. Digging, refilling, and general site preparation tasks.

Assisting team members with various operational duties as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors. Perform additional duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, and up to 4 years of relevant experience. Preferred: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, with up to 4 years of relevant work history. Certificates & Licenses None required. Skills & Abilities Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.

Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks. Work Environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. Occasional use of motor coordination and finger dexterity (e.g., operating equipment). Frequent lifting and handling of objects weighing up to 30 lbs.

Occasional exposure to occupational risks (cuts, burns, chemicals, etc.) Occasional exposure to environmental conditions such as dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes. Primary work setting: outdoor or manual labor environment. Bottom Line: This is a hands-on, physically demanding position requiring teamwork, dependability, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For Experience: Prior experience in general labor, sanitation, construction, or warehouse work is helpful but not required. Skills: Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently or in a team. Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors. Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Work Environment Outdoor and industrial setting – expect exposure to dirt, dust, noise, and varying weather. Active, fast-paced work environment focused on safety and teamwork.
