We're seeking an organized, and motivated Entry-Level Warranty Administrator to join our dealership team in Coon Rapids. This is a great opportunity for someone with 0–6+ months of experience who wants to build their knowledge of dealership warranty processes, manufacturer requirements, and service operations.

The Warranty Administrator reports to the Service Manager, and is an onsite position. Why Join Us? Entry-level opportunity with hands-on training and support Build valuable experience in automotive warranty administration Join a stable, growing organization with long-term career opportunities Collaborative environment working alongside service, parts, and technician teams Competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits Opportunity to develop your knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes Flexible schedule What You'll Do Assist with reviewing, preparing, and submitting automotive warranty claims Review repair orders and supporting documentation for accuracy Track warranty claim status and assist with outstanding or rejected claims Work with service advisors, technicians, parts, and management to gather required information Maintain organized warranty records and documentation Learn manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Help identify missing information or documentation before claims are submitted Support warranty audits and process improvement efforts Ensure warranty documentation meets dealership and manufacturer standards What You'll Bring 0–6+ months of automotive dealership, warranty, service, administrative, or related experience No previous warranty administration experience required Interest in learning automotive warranty processes and manufacturer guidelines Comfortable working with computers, data entry Previous exposure to a dealership management system but not required Total Rewards This is an hourly rate position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $19-$24/H Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
