What You’ll Do As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to: Implement individualized ABA treatment plans Support clients in building new skills and reducing challenging behaviors Collect and document accurate behavior data and session notes Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team Collaborate with families to ensure consistent, effective care across environments What We’re Looking For Active RBT certification (required) Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred) Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills Reliability, professionalism, and a passion for helping others What We Offer At ABA Connect LLC, we value our team and invest in your long-term success.
