Our team is guided by six core values: Driven | Reliable | Team Oriented | Positive Attitude | Continuous Improvement | Do the Right Thing What You’ll Do Our Leasing Specialists own the full leasing experience—from a prospect’s first inquiry through move-in. Communicate with prospective residents by phone, text, email, and in person Build relationships and understand what prospects are looking for Conduct engaging property tours and confidently sell the community Maintain consistent follow-up and ask for the lease Cross-sell other SNS communities when appropriate Process rental applications, screenings, and required documentation Coordinate lease execution and move-in details Maintain accurate leasing activity and prospect records Partner with the Property Manager to support occupancy goals Follow Fair Housing requirements and company policies What We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Personable, professional, and comfortable with sales Driven by goals and willing to take ownership of results Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up A strong communicator who enjoys helping people Positive, reliable, and team-oriented Open to feedback and continuous improvement Multifamily leasing experience is preferred, but strong sales and customer-service experience may also translate well to this role.
