Location: Hyderabad Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc YOE: 5-10 yrs Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Change Management professional to lead organizational change initiatives associated with technology implementations, product launches, process transformations, and business change programs.

The role will be responsible for assessing the impact of change, preparing stakeholders and end users, developing communication and training strategies, managing adoption, and ensuring that changes are successfully embedded into day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, communication, training, and organizational change skills, with the ability to work across business, technology, product, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead change management activities across technology, product, process, and organizational transformation initiatives. Assess the business and organizational impact of proposed changes across different user groups and functions. Develop and execute comprehensive Change Management and Adoption Plans. Identify impacted stakeholders, user groups, processes, systems, and business functions.

Develop stakeholder maps and assess stakeholder readiness, influence, impact, and potential resistance. Partner with business leaders, Product Owners, Project Managers, Technology teams, HR, Training, and Communications teams. Develop effective communication strategies and messaging for different stakeholder groups. Create and manage communication materials including announcements, newsletters, FAQs, presentations, executive updates, and change notifications.

Develop training and enablement strategies aligned with the change roadmap. Coordinate training, demonstrations, workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and user enablement activities. Work with Technical Writers and Product Trainers to ensure documentation and training materials are aligned with the new processes and product capabilities.

Establish stakeholder engagement plans and conduct regular readiness and feedback sessions. Identify potential resistance to change and develop appropriate mitigation and engagement strategies. Monitor adoption, user readiness, training completion, and change effectiveness. Develop and track change readiness and adoption metrics.

Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and use insights to improve adoption. Support UAT, pilot programs, rollout planning, go-live, and post-production stabilization. Develop transition and operational-readiness plans to ensure smooth movement from project delivery to business-as-usual operations. Coordinate change activities across multiple locations, business units, and geographically distributed teams.

Maintain change management risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items. Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting on change readiness, adoption, risks, and key actions. Establish reusable change management frameworks, templates, processes, and best practices.
