What You’ll Be Doing As a Parts Sales Consultant , you’ll drive sales of automotive parts and accessories through retail and e-commerce channels while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting digital marketing initiatives.

Drive sales of automotive parts, accessories and lifestyle merchandise through retail and e-commerce platforms. Manage online product listings, website updates and digital marketing campaigns. Work closely with Marketing team to coordinate online campaigns and promotional activities for e-commerce platform. Monitor sales performance, customer trends and inventory levels to support business growth.

Deliver excellent customer service by handling enquiries, preparing quotations, and fulfilling parts orders. Assist customers with enquiries, quotations, orders and product recommendations. Process and follow up on customer orders and backorders to ensure excellent service. Support roadshows, motor shows and promotional events.

Maintain attractive and up to date merchandise displays. Support stock take activities. Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment. Who We’re Looking For 5.25 work week (Alternate Saturday) GCE 'A' Level or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience in the retail and/or automotive industry Experience in related automotive operations is preferred Familiarity with e-commerce, website management and digital marketing support will be an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team Why Join Us at Sime Motors?
