This role is perfect for someone who�s equal parts people person and number cruncher. You�ll be the go-to for late-night guests, handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with a smile�while also keeping an eye on the books and making sure everything adds up behind the scenes.

You�ll thrive in this role if you: Love creating memorable guest experiences�even at 2 AM. Have a knack for staying organized, focused, and calm under pressure. Feel confident juggling tasks like answering inquiries, processing payments, and balancing the day�s numbers. Are tech-savvy and detail-oriented (spreadsheets don�t scare you).

Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues. Complete nightly audits, balance accounts, and prepare financial reports.

Maintain accurate records and ensure front desk operations run smoothly overnight. Coordinate with housekeeping and supervise the Night Security Officer.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; hotel front desk experience required; basic accounting, cash handling, and PMS experience preferred. Working Conditions: Overnight shifts; frequent standing, walking, computer use, and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
