Job Summary
The Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) Student will participate in the company's hands-on immersion program to gain practical knowledge and experience in electrical systems, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The student will support the maintenance team in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable electrical operations while observing workplace standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical machines, circuits, and panels. Help troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective actions under supervision. Observe and practice safety protocols in all electrical work, including lockout/tagout procedures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports as required. Support the team in ensuring compliance with company and regulatory electrical standards. Learn and apply technical skills relevant to wiring, circuit analysis, and electrical tools usage.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) program in [School/Institution Name]. Basic understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety procedures. Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physically capable of performing tasks involving manual work and handling electrical tools safely.
