Investigate player behaviour and identify potential signs of addiction Reach out to at-risk players and provide appropriate support and guidance Ensure underage players are blocked during the registration process Assess self-excluded accounts and process potential refunds Maintain and review case reports on a regular basis Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior stakeholders with detailed recommendations Suggest improvements to Responsible Gaming procedures and workflows Collaborate with management to promote a culture of Responsible Gaming, including awareness initiatives and internal training Requirements You’re fluent in Danish and confident in English , both spoken and written You’re genuinely interested in addiction psychology, regulations, and compliance You’re a great listener with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence You're open to learning, growing, and taking on new challenges You have a positive mindset, enjoy teamwork, and adapt easily to change You’re sharp, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments Benefits Private health insurance Daily breakfast and lunch – on the house!
