Quality Management System Specialist

Your Responsibilities

Govern and continuously improve the QMS, ensuring alignment with ABB global procedures and ISO‑based standards Maintain QMS documentation, including process landscape, policies, procedures, templates, and document control Promote risk‑based thinking and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. Lead the internal audit program and coordinate external audits, ensuring readiness and timely closure of findings Oversee nonconformance and CAPA processes, ensuring containment, solid root‑cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions Drive Management Reviews, consolidate performance insights, and monitor QMS KPIs Improve QMS systems, workflows, and data quality to support effective reporting Deliver QMS training and awareness programs, coaching teams and process owners Act as the central interface for QMS topics across sites and functions, collaborating with Quality, Operations, Engineering/R&D, Supply Chain, HSE, and Project teams Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial, or comparable technical field 5+ years of experience in QMS roles within industrial, manufacturing, or technology‑driven environments Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; familiarity with ISO 14001/45001 is a plus Experience leading internal/external audits and managing NC/CAPA processes Auditor certification preferred Excellent English communication skills Availability to travel 10–20% What’s in it for you?

Compensation

Package The employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level of B3 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from € 39.000,00. The specific level and compensation package will be defined based on the outcome of the selection process (including experience, skills set, and role fit), in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria, in line with pay equity and equal opportunity principles.

The total compensation package will also include a variable bonus linked to individual and company targets.
