Medical Office Concierge

We are looking for a full-time Medical Office Concierge to serve as the primary point of welcome and assistance for patients, visitors, vendors, and staff entering the medical office building. This position is stationed on the first floor and is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and secure environment for everyone entering the facility.

Provides directions and general assistance, helps patients navigate the building, monitors activity in common areas and building entrances, and promptly communicates concerns or unusual activity to the appropriate supervisor or building/security personnel. This position will work Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays.
