Choice in local business and healthcare communities, strengthening brand reputation and community impact Skills and Experience We’re Looking For: 5-8+ years of progressive leadership experience with documented P&L ownership ($3M+ preferred) Proven track record of hitting and exceeded revenue targets in a consultative, service-driven environment Direct management of 8-25 person multi-disciplinary teams Strong business acumen including KPI fluency, P&L ownership, forecasting, and strategic planning Comfort operating in a dual-function environment (clinical delivery + business performance) Experience managing or participating in a high-ticket consultative sales process preferred Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or healthcare management degree preferred Why Choose Clear.
