Requirements

The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with more than three years of insurance defense experience, experience in bodily injury and/or general liability preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on bodily injury and/or general liability preferred
• Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities, required
• Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries, and assist with investigation of pre-suit matters.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel
• Must be task-oriented.
