Full job description Position Overview: Access Care is seeking a dedicated and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle hiring process, supporting our caregivers and administrative staff, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about connecting clients with quality caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions, including caregivers and administrative roles Coordinate onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, training scheduling, and compliance documentation Match clients with caregivers based on skill set, availability, and client needs Collaborate with administrators and HR to maintain staffing coverage and meet agency needs Track candidate progress, follow up on required documents, and maintain accurate hiring records Assist with job postings, sourcing candidates, and attending hiring events when necessary Ensure all hiring and onboarding processes meet company policies and regulatory standards Provide excellent communication and support to new hires and current staff Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic computer software and applicant tracking systems Ability to work independently and in a team environment Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
