Techno-Functional Consultant – MS Dynamics (Finance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics (Finance Module) . The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in 3–4 end-to-end implementations of MS Dynamics within the Finance Department , along with the ability to gather business requirements, configure solutions, and support stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics in Finance modules. Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Configure and customize MS Dynamics Finance features as per business needs. Work closely with finance teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.

Provide support in data migration, system integration, and testing activities. Create functional specifications, technical documentation, and user manuals. Coordinate with developers for custom development and integrations. Conduct UAT sessions, user training, and post-implementation support. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in the system.

Ensure compliance with finance processes, reporting, and audit requirements.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in MS Dynamics. Must have completed at least 3–4 end-to-end MS Dynamics implementations in Finance. Strong knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.) Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design. Good understanding of finance operations and accounting workflows.

Familiarity with integration tools, reporting, and data migration processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

(Plus Points): MS Dynamics certification is a plus. Experience with Power BI or financial reporting tools is preferred. Knowledge of SQL or basic technical troubleshooting is a plus. Shift Timings: Morning Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) ​
