• SATURDAY (27 HRS) 1300 - 2200 $18.00 PER HOUR MOBILE PATROL -- SHOPPING CENTER YOU MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICNESE AND ACTIVE MSP GUARD CARD REQUIREMENTS: At MSC Security, we are committed to providing our clients with the most qualified candidates to safeguard their assets, property, and personnel. The criteria include: FULL DRIVERS LICNESE--NO PROVISIONAL ACTIVE MARYLAND STATE POLICE GUARD CARD Minimum age requirement of 18 years Legal work status in the US Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a drug screening Reliable and functional transportation (Public transportation is not acceptable) Ownership of a cell phone for contact by Operations Supervisors Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony arrests or convictions Ability to perform duties as stated in post orders, which may include standing/walking for extended periods or lifting Familiarity with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.) Possession of a VALID full driver’s license (public transportation is not acceptable) DUTIES/WHAT WE LOOK FOR: Maintain a daily log of all activities during your assigned shift at your assigned post Document all incidents occurring during your assigned shift in a detailed incident report Conduct walking/vehicular patrols throughout your shift Enforce customer rules in a professional and courteous manner Arrive on time and in proper uniform at your assigned post Ability to interact and communicate with the public Effective oral and written communication skills Active listening skills Ability to assess and evaluate emergencies effectively Ability to quickly and accurately identify critical issues and respond appropriately We appreciate your interest in joining our team at MSC Security and look forward to reviewing your application!
