Job Description สรุปงานโดยย่อ:ผู้จัดการความสัมพันธ์ (WB Relationship Manager) มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการบริหารและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ของธนาคาร เพื่อสร้างการเติบโตทางธุรกิจและบรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ ความรับผิดชอบ: * บริหารจัดการพอร์ตโฟลิโอของลูกค้าธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ (Wholesale Banking) ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย * ระบุและแสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ เพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้าและเพิ่มรายได้ให้กับธนาคาร * ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการทางธุรกิจของลูกค้าอย่างลึกซึ้ง และนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม * สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า สร้างความไว้วางใจ และเป็นที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินที่เชื่อถือได้ * วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินของลูกค้า ประเมินความเสี่ยง และนำเสนอโซลูชั่นที่เหมาะสม * ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานภายในอื่นๆ เช่น ทีมผลิตภัณฑ์ ทีมวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อ เพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชั่นที่ครบวงจร * ติดตามแนวโน้มตลาดและอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อให้สามารถปรับกลยุทธ์และนำเสนอสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดแก่ลูกค้า * ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและระเบียบข้อบังคับของธนาคารและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลอย่างเคร่งครัด * บรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจและตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพ (KPIs) ที่กำหนดไว้ คุณสมบัติ:** * ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาการเงิน, เศรษฐศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง * มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการความสัมพันธ์ หรือบทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้องในสถาบันการเงิน * มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินสำหรับลูกค้าธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ * มีทักษะการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง และการนำเสนอที่ดีเยี่ยม * มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีเยี่ยม สามารถสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ * มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินและประเมินความเสี่ยง * สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายได้ * มีทักษะการสื่อสารทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษที่ดีเยี่ยม (ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน) * มีใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกอบธุรกิจทางการเงิน (ถ้ามี) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Additional Requirements Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
