Job Purpose: As a member of the IBL Group and a leading independent management company in the global business sector, DTOS Ltd is strengthening its technology and security capabilities and is looking for a technically skilled and proactive Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to contribute to the Group’s cybersecurity controls, threat monitoring and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor systems, networks, endpoints and cloud environments for security threats and anomalies.
  • Manage vulnerability scanning, prioritisation, remediation follow-up and patch tracking.
  • Investigate security alerts and coordinate technical incident response.
  • Maintain accurate incident records and supporting evidence for security events.
  • Support identity and access controls, system hardening and periodic access reviews.
  • Maintain continuous awareness of emerging threats, malware trends and relevant vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct security awareness activities and provide cybersecurity guidance to the business.
  • Maintain complete evidence of cybersecurity control operation for Risk & Compliance review.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity threats, technologies and regulatory developments. Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in security operations.
  • Strong knowledge of SIEM, endpoint detection and response, vulnerability scanning, email security, identity and access management and cloud security controls.
  • Good understanding of incident response and cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001.
  • Awareness of regulatory expectations applicable in Mauritius, including first- and second-line responsibilities.
  • Security certification would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to analyse logs, systems and incidents in depth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate issues promptly.
  • Genuine interest in emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities and technologies.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; French would be an advantage.
  • Proactive, curious and able to provide practical cybersecurity advice to business stakeholders.
