Recordation Specialist

Non-exempt (compensatory and/or overtime eligible); full-time; 40 hours per week; Monday

• Friday; 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; full benefits This position reviews financial and legal instruments and property transfer documents recorded in Frederick County. Approves or rejects documentation and ensures documents comply with recordation laws. Supervision is received from the Treasury Manager and the Treasury Department Head.
