• Manage the selection of materials ,sanitary , lighting and all equipment needed for a project
• Manage furniture selection , accessories, and decorative lighting selections with the required specs. - and material mood boards .
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure project alignment with client vision.
• Conduct market research to source high-quality materials and products.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets efficiently.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, experience sourcing materials, and selecting high-quality furnishings and finishes.

Responsibilities include

procurement, vendor coordination, budgeting, and ensuring all selections align with project aesthetics and functionality. Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in FF&E . Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in design software (e.g. Photoshop , InDesign ,AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft) is a must.
