• Bromley FWC | Permanent Contract | Part-Time | 16 hours per week | Salary £27,248.00 pro rata | Excellent company benefits Crèche working hours vary from 8:00am-6:00pm and the occasional late night for special functions. We are looking for a Creche Assistant at our club, who will create a safe, secure and stimulating creche environment - one where children can explore their potential. You’ll consider their physical, emotional, intellectual, social and psychological development. You’ll do it through play and education, always keeping up with the latest changes in childcare legislation. You are passionate about creating great experiences for children and their families. We’ll give you opportunities to train in new techniques and approaches. You’ll need proven experience in creche environment, and be qualified to NNEB, NVQ Level 3, BTEC. Ideally, you’ll also have EYPS, Paediatric First Aid. Available working hours vary: approx. 4 hour shifts, within the creche opening hours 8:00am - 6:00pm (Monday
• Sunday). Occasional late nights: parties/movie nights held until 8:30pm on a monthly basis. Flexibility required - shifts on a rota pattern / set days unavailable. As a Crèche Assistant you will; Take reasonable care of yourself and others while complying with Health and Safety policy at all times. Create a safe, clean, tidy, secure and stimulating Crèche environment – one where children can fully explore their potential. Consider children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, social and psychological development through play and education. Provide equipment for play and education. Ensure Crèche is safe, clean and tidy at all times. Liaise with parents and carers regularly in an informative and appropriate manner. Helping you feel good.
