Job Title: Automotive Sales Associate Location: Berman Subaru Chicago Uncapped Commission | $125K+ Earning Potential 25% commission on new and used vehicle sales 5%–10% finance bonuses Fast-Start Volume Bonuses $200 flats Uncapped earning potential What You'll Do Our Sales/Product Specialists guide customers through the entire car-buying experience - from their first point of contact to the moment they drive off the lot.

Your goal is simple: help customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase.
