• Friday and weekends as needed; 6:45am - 6pm Repetitive motion, bending, twisting, reaching and lift up to 35lb Pay Range: $22.83/HR Located in Melrose, MN, Legacy Turkey employs many people in a variety of roles with varying levels of expertise. What you will do

Willing to work towards becoming knowledgeable in product specifications, GMP policies, SSOP procedures and HACCP programs Able to handle people management and manage department when Team Leader is out Working extended periods of time in a cool environment Label supply verifications and final label verification reviews for assigned shift Maintain all required files and keep legible and accurate records Work actions and attendance to be weighed factors in this process Ability to work independently and with others Minimum Qualifications: Speak, read, and write in English with ability to communicate with management Excellent organizational skills High degree of written and oral communication skills Excellent math skills Plant processing knowledge No performance work actions in the last 6 months No attendance work actions in the last 12 months (three days or less in last 12 months) Able to lift 50 lbs Working Conditions: Most positions operate around 40°F with some variation by process.

As a harvesting facility, certain natural byproducts (such as blood or internal materials) may be visible. Roles involve repetitive movements, standing on concrete floors for 8–10 hours and lifting up to 35 pounds.
