• Fort Myers Beach, FL, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Customer Service, This position is responsible for friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and the ability to provide accurate information to guests, co-workers and visitors. Candidates must be able to interact with guests in a courteous and efficient manner, possess high levels of attention to detail, and maintain high standards of guest service at all times. May perform Concierge/Bell Person duties as necessary.

Qualifications

This position is a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift. A flexible schedule is required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other times as needed to support our guests and operations. Prior customer service experience is required, with previous hotel or resort guest services experience highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a bubbly, friendly, and welcoming personality and genuinely enjoy interacting with guests.

A positive, outgoing demeanor and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service are essential for success in this role. Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
