Job title: Technical BA with PM skills Job Description: Education: Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or mathematics or any other equivalent degree. Experience: 5 - 8 Years Roles & Responsibilities:
- Healthcare domain expertise
- Exposure to RPA tools, such as AA, Ui. Path, Blue Prism
- Identifying automation scope, provide support to Development team, Testing with SMEs, and quality gap analysis
- Work with the internal and external stakeholders to define key specifications & business outcomes
- Analyse, plan, design, document to improve business processes & client’s goal
- Verify that all requirements have been met by approving and validating test results Communicate with clients about test data
- Knowledge on designing the overall architecture of automated systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements for automation.
- Provide guidance to automation teams on technical aspects.
