To enhance our successful Business and Operational and Excellence Team , we are looking for a passionate Senior Operational Excellence Manager (f/m/d) As the Senior Operational Excellence Manager, you will lead governance, program execution, and hands‑on deployment of operational excellence across selected sites.

You will partner with site leadership to ensure transparency, alignment, and measurable impact on cost, productivity, and quality targets.

Your Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize operational improvement opportunities with site leadership. Translate opportunities into initiatives with clear targets, ownership, and business impact. Drive Operational Excellence projects focused on cost, productivity, quality, lead time, and working capital. Challenge execution, remove barriers, and escalate critical risks where required.

Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies. Establish KPIs, reporting standards, and benefit-tracking mechanisms. Deliver Operational Excellence training and coach leaders and teams. Share and deploy best practices across AT&S sites. Support corporate transformation programs and cross-functional improvement workshops.

Your Profile

Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or equivalent. 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Consulting, Program/Project Management, or Industrial Engineering. Proven track record in large-scale transformation and cost competitiveness programs. Strong exposure to senior leadership; Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is advantageous.

5+ years in senior management or leadership roles within an industrial manufacturing environment. Direct experience with Procurement, Finance, and Board-level interactions is a strong plus.
