• Waukesha, WI, Salary Range: $20.00Hourly, Performance based pay | You control your pay at Renewal by Andersen! Hourly base: $20 - with a $500 Sign-On Bonus and wage increases as early as your first 90 days Typical performer yearly earnings: $55,000-60,000 Top performer yearly earnings: $65,000-85,000+ Renewal by Andersen, your locally owned premier window and door replacement company, is seeking candidates who are looking to begin their sales career or sharpen the sales skills they already have, to join the team as a Lead Generator. In this role, you will engage with homeowners in residential communities through door-to-door canvassing, introduce them to Renewal by Andersen products and services, overcome objections, schedule in-home appointments for our Design team, all while earning uncapped bonuses.
