Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance and Repair Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of equipment including excavators, loaders, skid steers, crushers, marookas, hydrovac trucks, and more.

Conduct regular maintenance to ensure all machinery operates at peak efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork before, during, and after each job. Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities. Safety Compliance Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Promote and prioritize safety in all repair and maintenance activities. Adaptability Work comfortably on multiple makes and models of equipment. Be willing and able to travel as needed for on-site repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications

& Experience Must be a certified Heavy Equipment Mechanic. Experience with a variety of heavy equipment is highly desirable. Class G driver’s license is required. Skills Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail in both mechanical work and paperwork. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
