Director of Human Resources

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Director of Human Resources originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an associate-focused, high-performance culture that emphasizes high-quality care for patients and other associates. The Director of Human Resources coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the COO and serves on the leadership team; and assists and advises company directors and supervisors about Human Resources issues.
