Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking an Success. Factors Functional Lead to be a part of our Consulting team.

You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.

Roles & Responsibilities : Lead requirements workshops with client business and IT stakeholders; document all functional requirements Configure award programs (peer-to-peer, spot awards, years-of-service), workflows, RBPs, and recognition dashboard Review and approve Functional Design Specifications (FDS) drafted by the Business Analyst Conduct showback sessions with client stakeholders at key configuration milestones Support SIT and UAT; resolve functional defects and document configuration changes Ensure all configuration aligns with the client's EC Mini-Master/UDF data model Review and approve updated FDS/TDS/QRS documents following testing changes Support go-live cutover, smoke testing, and production validation activities Required Skills & Experience : 6+ years of SAP Success.

Factors functional experience; minimum 3 full-cycle R&R module implementations. Experience with EC Mini-Master environments is required. (Public-sector experience a plus) Deep expertise in SAP Success. Factors Reward & Recognition (R&R) module configuration Role-Based Permissions (RBP), workflow configuration, and approval chain design in Success.

Factors EC Mini-Master and User Data File (UDF) data models Success. Factors provisioning, instance management, and environment promotion (Dev → QA/T1 → Prod) Functional design specification (FDS) authorship and review Integration touchpoints between R&R and third-party rewards vendors Required/Preferred Certifications : SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Success.
