Player Development Manager

Summary: The Player Development Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the player development operations at North Star Mohican Casino Resort. This role involves creating and implementing strategic plans to attract and retain high-value players, improving service quality, and ensuring that player development initiatives align with overall marketing objectives.

The Player Development Manager will work closely with marketing and other departments, maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and oversee the development and management of complimentary programs and VIP services.
