General Manager
Job description
This is a senior leadership role with real influence. As General Manager of our Brisbane office, you’ll lead a well‑established, multidisciplinary team delivering urban development and civil infrastructure projects across Southeast Queensland. If you enjoy shaping strategy, growing people and taking ownership of a business unit, this role offers both autonomy and scale.
You’ll have full responsibility for the performance of our Brisbane CBD office, balancing leadership, commercial oversight and client engagement. The role is hands‑on at a senior level. You’ll guide project delivery, oversee financial performance, support business development and ensure the office continues to operate with strong technical standards and a healthy culture.
You’ll work closely with other General Managers and the executive team, contributing to broader operational and strategic decisions while representing Brisbane’s interests nationally. The role reports to the Senior General Manager, Central. The Brisbane office is centrally located in the CBD and brings together technical teams alongside key corporate functions such as Marketing and Finance.
