Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end material management processes including planning and inventory control. NPI projects related to material readiness, ensuring timely availability for proto, pilot, and mass production builds. Oversee and guide a team of 5–8 members, providing direction, mentoring, and performance management. Project and program management activities, including scheduling, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and delivery tracking.

Coordinate with engineering, operations, SCM, suppliers, and global cross-functional partners to meet project timelines. Serve as the primary customer-facing point, ensuring effective client handling and communication. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and updates to leadership and customers. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance material availability, reduce delays, and improve build readiness.

Required Skills

& Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management / SCM / Material Planning. Strong understanding of NPI processes, especially material-related readiness activities. Excellent in communication, client interaction, and presentation skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams (5–8 members).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
