Retirement Analyst (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Retirement Analyst who loves getting the details right—and knows that great service builds great culture. In this role, you’ll manage a range of retirement transactions, including nonstandard retirements, death, and disability benefits, while ensuring participant data remains accurate and compliant.

You’ll guide participants through key milestones by delivering thoughtful support via phone, email, and in-person counseling. You’ll also partner across teams to onboard new business groups, coordinate with external vendors, support system enhancements through testing and serve as a Subject Matter Expert on operational projects.

By creating process maps and improving workflows, you’ll help keep our operations efficient, collaborative, and people-first.
