• Waipahu, HI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Summary: Provide tier 1 IT support for hardware, network, and software to all stores and departments. Responsible for supporting the company’s Vision: “Best place to work & Best place for our guests to do business” and Mission: “Build long term relationships with our associates & guests & make a positive difference in our community”. Essential Job Responsibilities: Answer emails and phone calls and communicating with all vendors and associates involved. Responds to all open tickets for technical support in a timely matter. Provides support to end users for computers, application, system, network, device, access, hardware, and software issues. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools. Assists department heads and other employees with resolving user problems. Must be able to work well with the team Education and Experience: Bachelor of Computer Science 1-2 years of IT experience (Preferred) Physical Requirements: Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; kneel; crawl; in all types of locations including under desks, in technician/car bays, roofs. Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds at times.
