Senior AI Engineer

Build & Lead an AI Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team focused on AI-driven process optimization and applied machine learning. Define & Execute AI Strategy: Develop and implement AI roadmaps that support organizational goals and long-term transformation initiatives. Leverage Modern AI Frameworks: Utilize agentic AI systems, co-pilot–style automation, and enterprise-ready AI tools to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.

Oversee AI Model Development: Guide design, development, and deployment of scalable AI models, solutions, and data pipelines. Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with operations, engineering, commercial, and other teams to integrate AI capabilities into day-to-day tools and processes. Benchmark External Advancements: Monitor and evaluate industry AI trends, bringing leading practices back into the organization.
